It would be worthwhile for you to consider these standards early (i.e. now) and have a think about which of them you may struggle to evidence. Therefore, the work you do in curriculum areas and indicate on your Performance Management Targets could be focussed around these and accumulating evidence for that progression. This should be really motivational and would tie in nicely with the work you are undertaking in your respective curriculum areas.
